WE RESOLE SAS SHOES
We know shoes, and we have been resoling and repairing them since the late 1970s. George, our shop cobbler, has rebuilt thousands of pairs of shoes and boots over the years and has a practical feel for what works and what holds up.
We use quality Vibram soles to recraft SAS shoes, bringing them back into strong, dependable wearable condition. We do quite a few of these for our customers, and their repeat business and feedback are a good testament to our success working with SAS footwear.

COMMON SAS RESOLE QUESTIONS
Here are some of the questions we hear most often from SAS customers before they send their shoes to us.
Q: Can SAS shoes really be resoled?
A: Yes, many SAS shoes can be resoled very successfully. In fact, SAS is one of the better brands for repair because many customers want to keep the fit and comfort they already know and like.
Q: Will my SAS shoes feel the same after they are resoled?
A: They should still feel familiar, especially in the upper part of the shoe that is already broken in to your foot. The biggest difference is often improved traction and a more solid, even sole underfoot.
Q: Why do you use Vibram soles instead of trying to match the exact original sole?
A: We use quality replacement soles that we know hold up well. The goal is not just to make the shoe wearable again, but to give it a dependable sole with good traction and durability.
Q: Which sole option is the most popular?
A: The Vibram 1030 is our most popular choice for SAS shoes. Customers often like it because it offers very good grip and long wear.
Q: Can you improve traction on slippery SAS shoes?
A: Yes. Better traction is one of the main reasons people choose to resole their SAS shoes. Both of the sole options shown here give more grip than many worn original soles.
Q: Is this service only for local customers?
A: No. We regularly do this work for mail-in customers. If you are not local, you can still send your SAS shoes to us using our shipping form.
